The product was already live, so every fix had to ship without breaking what users depended on. The main problems were broken frontend logic, unstable Capacitor mobile builds, and a poorly designed Supabase schema that put scalability and security at risk.

A full review of the frontend, mobile builds, database, and payment flows to find what was breaking and what put growth at risk.
Refactor the frontend
Reorganized the React component architecture in small steps, so the live MVP kept working while the structure improved.
Fix the mobile builds
Resolved the runtime conflicts between the web app and Capacitor so mobile builds run and deploy.
Rebuild the data layer
Redesigned the Supabase schema from scratch with a proper relational structure and Row Level Security.
Harden payments
Improved the Stripe flows for reliability and edge cases.
