I translate the requirements into a practical development plan, including architecture, priorities, milestones, and technology decisions. The goal is to reduce unnecessary complexity and create a solid foundation for the product.
Building the product iteratively with visible progress.
The product is developed in manageable stages with regular updates and working progress. I focus on functionality, maintainability, performance, and a reliable user experience throughout the development process.
Testing, refining, and preparing the product for production.
Before release, I test key user flows, resolve issues, refine the experience, and prepare the product for deployment. After launch, I can continue supporting improvements, new features, and ongoing product growth.
