IACBAM needed to support teams working through certification and compliance requirements that were already operationally heavy. The interface had to reduce cognitive load instead of adding to it.
The product direction favored structure, explicit statuses, and clear navigation across records, deadlines, and reporting views so that teams could act with less back-and-forth.
